Building Sleepful

The Sleepful self-help programme has been developed through a series of publicly funded research studies and clinical trials in the UK. We are pleased to acknowledge the support of the National Health Service (NHS; HTA 95/30/02), the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC; RES-339-25-0009), the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC; EP/1000615/1), and the Loughborough University Enterprise Projects Group in the evolution of Sleepful. We also acknowledge the invaluable contribution of Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in both supporting this research and development, and in promoting its uptake in clinical practice.

Profiles of those who have contributed to the design concept, structure and content of Sleepful can be found through the Meet the Team link.

Details of the research evidence which has contributed to the design of Sleepful can be found on the 'Sleepful: Research Evidence' page (link below).
